Oh So Sweet

Some things in life really appear irresistible, especially when you see gorgeous photos of them on television or on the covers of magazines. My experience has been that unless the maker takes particular pride in their work, the real thing rarely matches the advertised version.

I picked up a copy of Stuffed magazine because of the delightful plushies on the cover, which aside from being adorable represent a couple of treats that actually have special meaning to me and my daughter. Inside the mag I found the artist's info, and ordered a pair for us from her Etsy shop.

You can imagine how cool it was to open the package today and see the enormous pride this artist takes in her work:







(Note: I ordered a peach version of the marshmallow plushie because my daughter and I always toast our marshmallows.)
