This is a roseate spoonbill, which resides in the extreme south U.S., Mexico, Central and South America. They were once hunted almost into extinction (late 19th century ladies coveted their beautiful pink plumes for hats), but fortunately conservationists stepped in when there were about 30 left in Florida and saved them. Now the U.S. population of roseate spoonbills is about 30,000.
