Spring Cooking

Here's a pretty typical Spring dinner at Casa PBW: organic Italian salad, ziti and garlic rolls; all homemade by me.

I try to gather the family around the table for a meal together whenever I can, and no matter what the season is Italian food generally works as the best lure.

Yummy. I too find that Italian seems to bring the family to the table easier than most other meals.

Can you post your rolls recipe again? I can't find it.

Sure, Theo, the recipe is in comments for this post:

Sorry I'm so late getting caught up on comments, too -- we went out Prom Dress shopping today, and by the time I got home I was wiped out. :)

Oh, prom. I remember those times. Nothing but arguments about:
Her "Do you like this?"
Me "No, I don't think you should be showing your midriff at prom."
Her "Well, I like it. I want it."
Me "Why do you ask me. You never act on anything I say anyway."

*sigh* Some days, those shopping times seemed to last for years. ;)

Thanks! I couldn't find the recipe but maybe the search wasn't doing the comments.

And don't apologize. Just glad you're doing well and enjoying the kids.

I figure if I can survive shopping with two very picky teens (my girl and her BFF) I can do anything. Tomorrow, ha.
